The Brief
Old Mutual Limited is a premium African financial services group that offers a broad spectrum of financial solutions to retail and corporate customers, operating in 14 countries across 2 regions.
As part of their digital transformation strategy, Old Mutual introduced Workday - a modern and fully functional HR platform, into 6 countries of their 13 African countries in Q1 and 2 countries in Q2.
WinWin International was commissioned to assisted with the second phase of the launch which was initially proposed as a high touch activation across the 2 East African countries, however, this came to a halt due a global pandemic. A new approach was required, which considered the following:

Employees receive a lot of key communication messages

Employees are currently working from home due to COVID-19

Employees do not know and have not used the Workday system yet
Our Approach
Our strategic goal was to inspire awareness and action through digital mobilisation.
The proposed plan supported change efforts through waves of interactions and activities with uplift messages and inspire change in behaviour.
The change approach feed into the comms stream to ensure that the organisation feels what they SEE, what they HEAR and are enabled to DO what is being asked of them.
