The Challenge
MauBank was a new brand born of the merging of two banks in Mauritius. There was a sense of disparity between the two cultures and a new strategy needed to be developed and embedded into the business.
The Brief
WinWin was brought on to launch the new vision, mission, values and strategy to the business. A programme was to be developed whereby trainers within the business could initiate sessions. They needed to be equipped with tools and content which would standardise the message to staff.
Our Approach
A company-wide event was arranged to introduce and launch the content as well the implementation plan for the next 6 months. This was supported by WinWin through content development, design and facilitation.
WinWin ran a 3 day train-the-trainer programme, which equipped facilitators to run one day sessions with all of the staff.
An additional 2 day session was held to familiarise the team with how to roll out a 90 day guided journey, during which they would have weekly sessions with teams to refresh and embed the new company values.
