SEGMENTATION

South African Breweries required their executive team to be trained on their new segmentation strategy. Our solution was to create a fun and engaging training programme for the executives to be held over a three-day workshop. The training needed to be able to be scaled and rolled out nationally to all of the Sales Reps.

Our approach was to conceptualise a training program covering the three main market segments. Our training style focused on the use of interactive games and activities to ensure an engaging hands-on approach to learning. We held a three-day workshop at the Sandton Convention Centre where 300+ management staff were trained. We then held a train-the-trainer event to equip trainers in rolling out the segmentation learning program nationally.
