90 DAY ROLLOUT
MauBank is a bank recently born from the merging of two Mauritian banks. WinWin was brought on to launch the new vision, mission, values and strategy to the business assisting in the merging of two company cultures into one unified culture. A programme was developed to equip trainers within the business with the tools and content necessary to initiate training sessions, creating a standardised message and communicating it to the staff.
A companywide event was arranged to introduce and launch the content as well as the implementation plan for six months. This was supported by WinWin through content development, design, and facilitation. Our approach was to run a three-day train-the- trainer session which equipped a team of facilitators to operate one-day sessions with all of the staff. A further two-day training with the team was held to familiarise them with how to roll out a ninety-day guided journey during which they would have weekly sessions with teams to refresh and embed the new company values.
