Letshego is a Pan-African micro-finance business, operating in eleven countries in Africa. For three consecutive years, WinWin was commissioned to develop an approach which allowed in-country trainers to roll out a new business and brand strategy, and communicate the key imperatives in a simple, easily understood format while considering language barriers, cost and time.
Each year WinWin has developed a five-day train-the-trainer programme which provided the selected Letshego representatives or “champions” with the skills they needed to facilitate and communicate the strategy. The programme design relied on tools which gamified the content making the session highly interactive and engaging. These tools included games, content, video & motion graphics, mobile app and toolkits.
