Kemtek’s transformational journey began with the positioning of new shareholders and their requirement to grow and position Kemtek to better meet the future opportunities within the market. Kemtek therefore needed to transform its business to maintain its relevance and growth within the SA market. This transformation required mindset changes, innovation changes and an overall change in improvement of the business.
WinWin partnered with Kemtek in the implementation of key drivers which would begin the transformational journey and produce teams that would be more focused and aligned with the goals of the business. A 2-Day Management Breakaway was facilitated by WinWin, to draw out the new Kemtek strategy for 2016/2017. Following the development of the Kemtek Way, WinWin facilitated a countrywide roadshow visiting offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban to introduce and implement this new business model. The sessions, designed by WinWin, were fun, engaging and energetic. Activities and tools were developed around their new values and behaviours, ultimately inspiring staff commitment to the Kemtek Way.
This partnership continues into 2017 as WinWin is in the process of further developing the leadership and sales teams.
