WinWin has been asked by multiple companies to come up with an engaging approach to Ethics. Generally, training had been run as a facilitated session to a large group of employees within the company, resulting in very little engagement and user adoption, and low attendance and involvement in the ethics programmes.
The real challenge was to come up with an ethics programme that would be relevant, engaging and inclusive. In developing our solution, we wanted to be sure that employees would leave the ethics training understanding why ethics is so important in a business and their responsibility in ensuring good ethical practice.
Our approach involved putting ethics training into the hands of the line manager. This meant that Line Manager’s across the business were upskilled to run ethics training with their teams during regular team meetings. This ensured that the ethics discussions were relevant at team level.
We then created ethics toolkits that comprised of video clips, conversation cards, and other activities to ensure that employees understood and agreed on how unethical areas needed to be addressed.
In one of our success stories, we had a 92% user engagement with our “I draw the line” ethics solutions.
